How much should you pay moderators?
In this model, four global moderators and one community manager for one channel produce a managed-service planning range of $1,600–$2,000 per month. The figure covers the selected team, not an individual salary. Choose your own team above; we confirm working hours and workload before quoting.
How many moderators does my community need?
For 24/7 coverage of one active chat, the clock alone requires 168 hours per week: at 40 hours per person, that is at least five full-time equivalents before leave or sick days. Shorter coverage can use a smaller shift team. Activity peaks, languages and extra channels determine the final number.
