Yes. GoSparkie brings tools for both platforms together. Premium offers a connected Discord + Telegram plan or a plan for just one platform.
Where do I start if I already use other bots?+
Add Sparkie and start with one workflow: welcomes, tickets or XP. Test it with your team first. Avoid running duplicate filters and automated actions in several bots at once; move your setup gradually.
What is the shared profile for?+
It connects a member’s accounts across platforms so quests, progress and rewards can be part of one experience. It does not give every Discord server access to all your accounts. Linking requires the member’s permission.
Can I use it for free?+
Yes. Basic costs $0 and includes one space per platform with starter limits. Higher limits, AI media and bot customization depend on the paid plan. See Premium for the full numbers.
Do I need to buy GoCredibly services?+
No. GoSparkie is a standalone product: you run the bot and your community. GoCredibly’s strategy and operations support is a separate service, not a requirement for using Sparkie.
